7.Final Confirmation & Shipment

Final confirmation must be made before firing, and no changes can be made after confirmation. Shipping time is estimated to be 1-week.

• Sharp Focus

Keep photos sharp and in focus. Blurry images reduce paint quality, resulting in indistinct details.

• Full Head & Eyes

Capture the entire head, including the eyes, ideally in a front-facing view.

• Dark Dogs-Lighting for Coats

Use proper lighting to ensure details are captured accurately for engraving. Avoid harsh shadows and overly dark lighting.

Urn sizes and capacities are based on standard pet crematorium measurements, but ash volumes may vary depending on the cremation facility. Ensure the chosen urn's size suits your pet's ashes.
